Any Ohio attorney in good standing that would like to be added to the Eleventh District Court of Appeals’ Court Appointed Counsel List must complete a form from our Forms section on our website. (Court Appointed Counsel List Form) The form requires that you certify that you have reviewed Ohio Administrative Code 120-1-10 Appointment systems and attorney qualifications (http://codes.ohio.gov/oac/120-1-10v1). Please contact the court if you are unable to view the link to the rule, and the form will be sent to you.
Attorneys that are currently on our Court Appointed Counsel List (prior to June 1, 2016) are required to complete the form reflecting that they have reviewed OAC 120-1-10 and that they certify that they are in compliance with the rule before they will receive any further court appointments.
